The organoleptic characteristics include a straw yellow color, a delicate and pleasant olfactory profile. On the palate it is sapid and balanced.

Frizzante: this appellation also includes Alghero Vermentino Frizzante DOC. The permitted grape variety is Vermentino, min. 85%. The organoleptic characteristics include an intense straw yellow color with fine bubbles. The wine has a pleasant and fruity olfactory profile. On the palate, it is dry and soft.
Spumante: The grape varieties used in the production of Alghero Bianco Spumante DOC wine are white grape varieties authorized in Sardinia. The organoleptic characteristics include an intense straw yellow color with fine bubbles. The olfactory profile is pleasant and fruity. On the palate, it is dry, sweet and balanced.
Passito: The grape varieties used in the production of Alghero Bianco Passito DOC wine are white grape varieties authorized in Sardinia, dried to a minimum natural alcohol content of 15%. The organoleptic characteristics include an intense, ethereal and fruity olfactory profile. On the palate, it is sweet and full-bodied.
